Thea Gouverneur is a family-owned company founded in the Netherlands in 1959, and a leading manufacturer of counted cross-stitch kits. Since spring 2021, Thea Gouverneur also buys cross-stitch kits from PANNA, and sells them via different marketplaces, including Bol.com (Netherlands and Belgium) and Amazon (United States, United Kingdom, and Germany). The goal of the collaboration was a growth of 200% in turnover, which was achieved by the provision of different services by Brandsom. Thea Gouverneur was already connected with a few marketplaces, so Brandsom started managing their presence on Amazon US, UK, and Germany. Amazon France, Italy and Spain soon followed, as well as the German marketplace Kaufland.

Optimized product pages have increased visibility, ensuring good conversion and the protection of Thea Gouverneur’s brand image. The A+ content and brandstore creation helped generate more and better promotion opportunities, which in turn helped increase sales.
